Hello dear hotel team, my daughter and I were already in your hotel 5 months ago and now for the 2nd time from May 18th to May 27th, 2024. It was a coincidence that we got the same room again with the number 1513😊. We would like to thank you very much for the nice reception in the hotel. The hotel staff and the overall package are impeccable. We were very satisfied. You are super nice and kind. The hotel is very nice, the location too. Really nice hotel. Good location, nice facilities and services. Nice breakfast, for all the tastes and a cool bar. The swimming pool, sauna and gym are also perfect. Thank you, Chamodi for takind excellent care of my room. I recomend this for sure.

Start from reservation, Brian assist me with very professional manner. Thanks Brian. Check in very smooth, room was super clean and comfy. We had dinner at Manzoni food was amazing. Pool was clean. Room service was WOW so fast.. Thanks Pullman

This is my first time I stay in Pullman JLT it was very nice experience for me everyone very polite and greet me by name, I remember Intan at reception she very helpful she give me the room very nice facing Marina view. I came for work and I so enjoy stay in pullman

From the friendly and efficient check in process at 2am through to check out I could not have asked for more during my stay. Manzoni restaurant’s presentation of my lunch was visually stunning. The buffet breakfast with its extensive food choices and staff was tremendous. I enjoyed the lake view from my room. I would definitely return to the Pullman when I next visit Dubai.
